In the course of constructing a well-off society, we should lay a good foundation for the construction of learning community. At the present time, we should: first, grasp the basic situation during the construction of a well-off society in order to realize the importance of the building of learning community; second, grasp the meaning and function of learning community in order to improve the learning efficiency; and the third, take effective measures to achieve the sustained innovation of learning community.
