摘要
随机抽样的868名中老年人(35~74岁)调查结果:该人群高血压患病率为24%,45~59岁组(中年组)及60~74岁(老年组)患病率分别是19.7%和34.7%,老年组显著高于中年组。老年组体重超重达43%以上。膳食调查高血压患者每日食盐及膳食钠平均摄入量分别为13.5g和5670mg,比血压正常者摄入量高。经多元回归分析,其年龄、体重及膳食钠进入方程与血压呈正相关。
A survey on the relation between hypertension and nutritional status was carried out in 868 middle-aged and older aged population (aged 35~74 years) selected by a 2-step randomly sampling procedure from four regions of the East District in Beijing. The results showed that the overall prevalence of hypertension were 19.7% and 34.7% in middle-aged (45~59 years) and the older aged group (60~74 years) respectively.Over 43% of older aged population were overweight. The daily intake of table salt and dietary sodium were 13. 5g/d and 5670mg/d respectively, which were higher in hypertensive patients than those in normals. The age. body weight and dietary sodium were found positively related to hypertension in multiple regrlssion analysis.
