摘要
观察了由Fenton反应产生的羟自由基(OH·)对人胚肺成纤维细胞的体外作用。结果表明,OH·能明显促进成纤维细胞增殖和胶原合成。由此推测,OH·可能对矽肺的发生起到一定作用。这个结论为矽肺的抗氧化防治提供了进一步理论依据。
The result indicated that hydroxyl radicals could enhance uptake of 3H-TdR and 3 H-Proline, proliferation and collagen synthesis of cultured HELF. Therefore, hydroxyl radicals may play a role in silicosis. The results indicate the possibility of prevention and therapy of silicosis by antioxidant and also help us to understand other fibrosis diseases.
