工业企业卫生防护距离标准体系研究──Ⅰ．方法学

Study on the system of Health protection zone standards for industrial enterprises

作者完成了工业企业卫生防护距离标准体系研究，包括气态化学污染物、尘粒污染物、恶臭污染、物理因素污染（噪声与微波辐射）和环境风险五个子体系。针对各类有害因素的特点，找出有害因素的发生、扩散、稀释、衰减、降解特征，对能源、化工、机械、冶金、建材、轻工、纺织七大行业中有代表性的工业企业，研究制定出三十余类工业企业卫生防护距离标准。本篇着重讨论工业企业卫生防护距离标准体系研究的方法学。

The health protection zone standards for industrial enterprises are a series of standards involved in general arrangement of construction, environmental health and hygienic engineering. The health protection zone standards for industrial enterprises include five parts (air chemical pollutants, total suspended paritcles, odors, physical factors (noise and mictowave radiation) and accident risks). According to the different harmful factors, the paper describes the characteristics of occurring, dispersing, diluting, declining and degrading. More than thirty of the health protection zone standards for industrial enterprises are set up in terms of energy sources, chemical industry, machine industry, metal production industry, constructional rnaterial industry,light industry and textile industry. This paper mainly discussed methodology of developing health protection zone standards for industrial enterprises.
