摘要
企业组织同社会文化有着密切的联系,评价一种企业组织不能离开一定的社会文化,传统的“家文化”是我国家族企业兴起和存在的文化根源。当在一定的文化背景下,“家族制”使民营企业还是合理的有效率的企业组织,就没有必要突破“家族制”;而当民营企业发展到需要突破“家族制”时,同样需要社会文化尤其是社会信任的支持和支撑,否则难以真正的突破。因此要实现家族制民营企业的改制发展,必须大力建设社会信任文化。
The enterprise organization has close connection with the social culture,to evaluate an enterprise organization can’t leave certain social culture.Traditional“family culture” is cultural origin of the rising and the existence of family enterprises in our country.Under certain cultural background,when a private enterprise of“family system”is a reasonable and effective enterprise organization,to break through the“family system”is unnecessary;but when its development requires to break through the“family system”,the support of social culture and trust is necessary,otherwise,the real broken through is difficult.Therefore,to realize the development in reforming private enterprises of family system have to construct vigorously social confidence culture.
