摘要
“的”字短语是我国法律文本中使用频率最高的句法格式之一。法律文本中“的”字短语,构成材料复杂,运用形式独特,语法表义功能特殊。“的”字短语的运用使法律条文表述严密、清晰又言简意赅。但法律文本中也有一些“的”字短语的用法值得商榷。
The phrase with Chinese character“DI”is a kind of syntax form that are most frequently used by legal documents in our country.The forming material of the phrase with character“DI”in legal documents is complex,its usage formation is unique,and the semantic function is special.The uses of phrases with character“DI” make the expression of legal clauses rigorous,clear and compendious.But,the usage of some phrases with character“DI”in legal documents is open to question.
