This work is a theoretical summary of the reform and practice of educational and teaching management in Quanzhou Normal University.It expounds how to establish a guarantee system of inner teaching quality,with concrete teaching management to construct an assessment system and find a managerial way of teaching quality suited for newly-built local undergraduate college.
