摘要
研究了宝钢电镀锌无铬耐指纹钢板的各项性能 ,包括耐蚀性、耐指纹性、耐黑变性、涂装性、附着性、导电性、耐溶剂性、表面形貌等 ,以了解产品特性并提供相关的技术参考 ,同时将无铬耐指纹钢板特性与原含铬产品作了对比。结果表明 :宝钢电镀锌无铬耐指纹钢板各项性能已接近或达到含铬产品的水平 ,标志着宝钢电镀锌耐指纹钢板生产步入一个新的标志性阶段。
Characteristics of Baosteel chromium-free electro-galvanized fingerprint resistant sheet are studied,including its corrosion resistance,fingerprint resistance,black tarnished defect,coating performance,adhesion property,conductivity,solvent resistance and morphology.The research may contribute to understanding characteristics of Baosteel electro-galvanized fingerprint resistant sheet better and providing necessary technical reference for users.At the same time,comparison has been made between chromium-free electro-galvanized fingerprint resistant sheet and chromium-bearing products.The results show that the chromium-free electro-galvanized fingerprint resistant sheet has reached the same level as those chromium-bearing products in its performance,which suggests that the production of electro-galvanized fingerprint resistant sheet in Baosteel has stepped into a new stage.
