摘要
利用矩量法分析屏蔽导体内的多层介质多导体传输线。首先,建立该问题的算子方程;然后离散化算子方程,通过对导体和介质分界面的总电荷及介质和介质分界面自由电荷的自由空间二维格林函数分析,得出矩阵方程;最后得出屏蔽导体内多层介质中各导体的电容矩阵和电感矩阵。数值结果与现有类似结构分析结果相比较一致性较好。
The method of moments is employed in this paper to analyze a shielded multiconductor-transmission-line system in multilayered dielectric media. First, an appropriate operator equation is established. Then a discretization of the operator equation in a matrix formulation is obtained by using a 2-D free-space Green's function in conjunction with total charge density on the conductor-dielectric interfaces and polarization charge density on the dielectric-to-dielectric interfaces. Finally, the capacitance matrix and inductance matrix for this shielded transmission line system are presented. Some numerical examples are analyzed and the numerical results agree well with those given in some literatures.
