In this Paper the Valus distribution of quasiddential polynomials is discusscd,and hoo theorems on the valw distribution of quasidifferential polynomials are proved. The results obtained here generalize and improve the relative therems due to Hayman, Yang,Doeringer Yi Hongxun and other authors
