非线性弹性腔理论的验证与心血管参数检测的临床价值 被引量:2

摘要 根据非线性弹性腔理论未作任何假设,仅把公式变换,得到类似于Y=A+BX的形式,此式一方面是计算其它力学参数的中间环节,更重要的是可用来检测系统的P—V关系是否符合非线性弹性腔理论。另外如引入广泛接受的Remington的实验数据,则可算得弹性腔的扩张性B与外周阻力R及每搏量SV,这使本来凭单一压力信号不可能做到的事成为可能。 new formula of non-linear elastic reservoir theory similar to Y=A+BX was obtained fromthe altered formulae without any hypothesis.The formula was not only an intermediate link forcomputing other mechaniCal parameters,but could also examine if the p V curve of a systemaccorded with the theory of non-linear elastic reservoir。Furthermore,if widely-acceptedRemington's experimental data were introduced,the distensibility of the elastic chamber, andthe peripheral resistance and the stroke volume might be calculated, which realized whichcouldn’t be accomplished only by a single pressure.
