无牙颌大白鼠髁状突软骨氨基多糖的观察

摘要 将SD大白鼠拔除磨牙并钳断切牙,造成单颌无牙和全口无牙颌模型。通过组织化学手段,观察实验鼠失牙后髁状突软骨氨基多糖含量变化。结果:无牙颌大白鼠髁状突软骨基质中氨基多糖含量减少,并随实验周期的延长而加剧,全口无牙颌组比单颌无牙颌组更明显。提示无牙颌将导致髁状突软骨基质氨基多糖的丧失。 odels of edentulous upper jaw and all edentulous jaw were made by the extraction of all molarsand shear of the incisor in SD rats. The changes of the sulphated glycosaminoglycanes content incondylar cartilage matrix were observed by means of histochemistry. The result was that the contentof the sulphated glycosaminoglycanes in cartilage matrix decreased and became more and more severeas the experimental period prolonged.The changes took place much more greatly in the group of all e-dentulous jaw than that of the edentulous upper jaw. It showed that loss of occlusion in the edentulousjaws would cut down the content of sulphated glycosaminoglycanes in condylar cartilage matrix.
