摘要
本文从传统文化的角度出发,探讨了现代经济发展的内在动力问题。认为,经济发展的实质是一个不断创新的过程,创新的主体是"观念人力资本"。而"观念人力资本"的形成与传统文化所蕴涵的创新精神具有内在的渊源关系。
The article probes into motivation about modern economy from culture and considers that the essence of economic development is innovation continually. The enterpreneurshipes are the main body in innovation. The enterprenurshipes' formation is connected with innovative spirits which are contained in conventional cultures.
