摘要
地下开采矿山高溜井卸矿过程中的漏风及粉尘污染威胁矿山井下的安全生产。依据某矿山的实际情况,研究设计了一种多片式挡风板,并安装在4#溜井的第6溜井口进行现场试验研究,在6种不同的卸矿作业状态下测定了溜井漏风率和风流含尘浓度。结果表明多片式挡风板不仅可以减少高溜井的漏风量,降低冲击风流中的含尘浓度,而且结构简单,安装、使用及维护方便,有推广应用价值。
Air leak and dust pollution in ore drawing through long pass in underground mine threaten the underground prodution safety. In view of this reality, a split windshield was developed and installed at the top of No.4 and No.6 passes for site investigation. The air leak rate and dust concentration of wind flow of the passes under six different ore-drawing conditions were measured. The results show that the split windshield not only can reduce the air leak of long pass and reduce the dust concentration of airflow, but is characterized by simple structure, easy installation, operation and maintenance, therefore being of extending value.
