摘要
针对现有 2种油管锚在现场应用中均不能实现洗井时保护油层的问题, 研制了一种洗井时可保护油层的新型油管锚。该油管锚主要由油层保护机构、坐卡机构及解卡泄油机构等组成。油层保护机构具有在反洗井作业时保护油层的功能; 坐卡机构具有螺纹步紧、碟簧防松的功能,使得油管锚坐卡安全可靠; 解卡泄油机构具有上、下锥体主动脱卡, 片弹簧回弹解卡的功能, 从而使解卡泄油简单灵活。现场应用新型油管锚 20余井次, 安全洗井 50余井次, 作业一次成功率100%。
A new tubing anchor, which has the function of oil layer protection, is developed according to the requirement of oil field production. The new tubing anchor is mainly comprised of oil protection mechanism, anchoring mechanism and releasing mechanism. The anchor can realize oil layer protection during back washing operation by means of its oil layer protection mechanism. The design feature and operating principle of the new anchor are expounded, and its field use is commented.
