摘要 为了更好地实现节能目标, 在满足油田采油工艺要求的前提下, 在原有电动机换向智能抽油机的基础上, 改进设计了滚筒式智能抽油机。该机工作执行机构是 4根钢丝绳与内减速摩擦滚筒组成的摩擦传动机构。电动机正反向转动, 驱动同轴连接的内减速摩擦滚筒也正反向转动,实现抽油杆柱上下往复运动抽汲油液。该机设计要点有 3个方面: (1) 采用交流变频控制器, 不仅提高了电控系统的可靠性及稳定性, 而且调整参数准确快捷; (2) 内减速摩擦滚筒在滚筒轴上为悬挂式结构, 受力复杂, 故对滚筒轴强度、刚性和热胀冷缩后的变形等做了详细设计计算;(3) 将内减速摩擦滚筒设计为双层结构, 内外层筒体之间有足够的间隙, 便于散热。 To meet the demand of power saving in oil production, a friction roller type intelligent pumping unit is developed based on the motor-reversing type pumping unit. It adopts a friction drive mechanism comprised of 4 steel cables and internal damping friction roller as itsactuating mechanism. The motor rotates positively and oppositelyto drive the friction roller on the same shaft rotating positively and oppositely, thereby realizes upward and downward reciprocating motion of the sucker rod string. AC frequency converter is adopted forthe improvement of the reliability of the electric control system as well as the rapid and precise adjustment of the parameters. And the friction roller is designed as a two-layer structure for heat elimination.
