摘要
采用氯乙酸乙酯作烃基化试剂 ,杯芳烃在K2 CO3 /KI存在下于丙酮中回流 4d ,合成了 4种杯芳烃酯类衍生物 2a~2d ,与文献法比较 ,方法不仅降低成本 ,减小毒性 ,还获得了与文献相近的反应收率。
An improved method for synthesis of calixarene ester derivatives 2a~2d was developed,which included alkylation reaction of calix[4]resorcinarene and calix[n]arene with ethyl chloroacetate in the system of K 2CO 3/KI/CH 3COCH 3 for four days.This method had the advantages of lower cost,less poisonous and a relatively higher yield.
