摘要
大力发展先进文化,始终做到"文化为民"是中国共产党坚持"立党为公、执政为民"根本宗旨的题中应有之义,也是全面贯彻"三个代表"重要思想的基本要求。"文化为民",就是要不断促进人民群众思想道德素质和科学文化素质的提高,为人民和人民的事业提供思想指导、精神动力和智力支持,让人民真正享受到文化给他们带来的切实利益。大力发展先进文化,不断进行文化创新,是实践"文化为民"的根本途径。
Developing advanced culture in a more cost-effective manner and accomplishing 'Culture for the people' constantly is the essential aim of the CPC. It is also the basic demand of carrying out the important thought of 'Three Represents' in an all-round way. 'Culture for the people' is to promote the people's ideological and ethical standards and improve scientific and cultural qualities constantly, to offer them thought guidelines, spiritual motive force and intellectual support for people's causes, to let them really enjoy practical interests that culture brings to them. Developing advanced culture in a more cost-effective manner and carrying on cultural innovation is the basic way on 'Culture for the people' constantly.
