摘要
我国楼花按揭的法律性质如果定位于让与担保制度,那么,作为一种非典型担保物权,楼花按揭的公示就构成一个相当重要的问题。文章将对我国楼花按揭的公示方法及效力作一初步探讨。
If the legal nature of mortgage of future property is transferred guarantee in China, the show of mortgage of future property will become a quite important problem. This article preliminarily discusses the publicity and the effect of mortgage of future property.
