患牙栓结锁钉固位全冠修复治疗后牙纵折

Full crown restortion of longitudinally fractured molar teeth by wring and lock-pin fixation: Report of 46 cases

对４６例后牙冠部纵折并穿透髓室底之冠根折患者，采用患牙栓结、锁钉固位后行全冠修复治疗。结果：３８例获得成功，占８３％；失败８例，占１７％。认为本法是治疗后牙纵折的有效方法，值得临床推广应用。

Forty-six patients with longitudinal fracture of crowns of molar teeth were treated with wring fixation. The results showed that the restoration was successful in 38 cases(83%), and unsuccessful in 8 cases(17%). It is indicated that method is effective for treatment longitudinal fracture of posterior teeth.
