苏联解体至今 ,俄罗斯报刊语言发生了很大的变化。俄文报纸标题中出现了口语语体逐渐向报刊政论语体的渗透、标点符号的广泛使用及标题语篇化等趋势。这些变化是为了更好地服务于标题的信息、吸引、评价、感染和对话功能。

Since the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the language of Russian newspapers has changed dramatically. The gradual penetration of the vernacular style into the political argumention style has been observed in the headlines of Russian newspapers. There appears the tendency of the wide use of punctuation marks in the headlines and discourse-orientied headlines. These changes have made the headlines better serve the functions of providing information, attracting attention, commenting, touching upon people and conversing with people.
