试谈全国普通高考英语科作文题评分标准的若干问题

从测试学的角度看 ,全国普通高考应该属于“与课程计划有关的 (curriculum - related)”选拔性考试 ,是以竞争为目的的。由于高校录取学生主要是看考生的总成绩 ,因此各单科成绩都可能对考生的总成绩造成影响 ,进而有可能改变考生的个人前途。因此 ,高考评卷工作一直受到全社会的极大关注。甚至于教育本身也深受其影响。由此可见 ,试卷评分的准确性、公正性和科学性是至关重要的。本文试图对现行的高考英语科主观题作文题的评分标准进行分析 ,找出存在的问题并提出改革的建议。

In testing, National College Entrance Examination (NCEE) can be categorized as a 'curriculum-related', highly competitive qualifying examination in China. Due to the fact that each college or university will generally select its students on the basis of their performance in the exam, what counts is the total score. However, the score of each subject tested may cast strong influence on the total score, and in turn on the future of the exam taken. So, the exam paper rating has always been the major concern of the examiner as well as the whole society. It is the examiner's job to guarantee accuracy and impartiality in the rating work. Through careful analysis, the writer tries to reveal some adverse factors in the present rating standard of the English composition, an important part in the English exam paper in NCEE, and then give some suggestions to the reform of its content, so as to favor the rating work as well as English education itself.
