关于性骚扰被害人的研究

在我国,性骚扰随着性观念的变化和女性参与社会生活的增多也日益严重。性骚扰的女性被害人在心理、家庭、工作等多方面都受到了严重的伤害。性骚扰产生的主要责任在骚扰者,但有些被害人自身存在的被害性也起到了推波助澜的作用。通过机关组织、被害者、非诉讼救助、法律手段等共同努力,可以有效地打击、预防性骚扰,减少其危害。

Sexual harassment is serious day by day as the change of sexual concept and the increase of women's participating social life in our country. The women victims of sexual harassment have all received the serious injury in many aspects such as the psychology, family, working, etc. The person who harasses is responsible for the sexual harassment,but sometimes the victim's characteristics may be helpful to the hrassment. Through the joint efforts of organ organization,victim social soccor and legal means ,we can crack and prevent sexual harassment effectively and decrease its harm.
