用相图热力学预测金属玻璃形成区 被引量:2

Using Thermodynamics of Phase Diagram to Predict the Metallic Glass-forming Region

摘要 本文根据相图热力学原理,用凝固点下降法来计算金属间化合物的熔化热数据,并用等析晶点组成来预测金属玻璃形成区,计算结果与实际玻璃形成区符合得很好. In this paper based on thermodynamics of phase diagram, we calculated the fusion heat of termetallic compounds by using the freezing-point depression method. It is proposed for prediction of metallic glass forming region by the composition of having equal crystallized tendency and the calculated results fit well with the experimental glass-forming region.
