摘要
用扫描电镜和电子探针等手段研究了Si-Ca-P-Mg系生物活性玻璃及其涂层在新西兰白兔和草狗中种植后和机体骨组织的结合情况.实验表明Si-Ca-P-Mg系生物活性玻璃及其涂层是生物活性材料,和骨组织间形成骨性的化学键合.涂层的结构特征有利于骨的生长和结合.材料在机体组织内的吸收不大.
St-Ca-P-Mg system bioglass (BAG) and its coating were implanted into rabbit femora and dog mandible. Interface between implants and bone has been studied by scanning electron microscope and electron microprobe. The experimental results show that St-Ca-P-Mg system glass and its coatings are bioactive materials and they bond to bone in the form of bone chemical bond.The microstructural characteristic of coating of BAG glass is advantageous to growth and link of bone. The resorption of BAG glass and its coatings in organism is small.
