摘要 职业经理人是经济发展到一定时期的产物。随着我国经济体制改革的不断深化,我 国市场经济的不断发展,以及国际国内市场竞争格局的不断变化,职业经理人在经济发展过程 中的重要作用日益凸现,我国急需建立职业经理人制度,培养一大批职业经理人,完善职业经理 人市场,以实现职业经理人供求均衡。 The appearance of professional executives is the result of the fact that China's economic development has gone into a certain stage. With the constant promotion of the economic system reform, the constant development of the market economic system and the change of international and domestic market competition patterns, the important function of professional managers in economic development is shown especially daily. It is badly needed in China to set up a professional executives system, train large numbers of professional executives, perfect these managers' market, realize the balance between supply and demand of the well-trained professional executives.
