摘要
本文用新古典经济学原理论证了寡头垄断电信市场价格管制的目标,在对电信价格管制相关文献回顾的基础上,总结和剖析了满足激励相容约束的寡头垄断电信市场价格管制的机制作用机理、管制机制设计应实现的均衡以及对各寡头的激励补偿基础。
The paper reasons out the target of pricing regulation on oligarchs monopolization telecommunications market by using the neoclassicism economics classifies some main elements which satisfy the design of pricing regulation under limitation of incentive and its balance and compensation.
