摘要
从键价的概念出发,对氧化物超导体中铜离子的有效电荷进行了计算.结果发现,铜有效电荷的分布和变化都有一定的规律性.这些规律性的研究对于正确认识超导电性有一定的帮助.本文还对基于铜价态的超导化学模型进行了讨论.
Effective valences of copper in superconducting oxides were calculated from the concept of bond valence. The result shows that the effective valences distribute and change regularly. The study of those properties is helpfUl to understand their superconductivity. The a 'Chemical model ' for superconductivitybased on copper valences was also discussed in this paper.
