摘要
无锡市梅园水厂排泥水处理工程采用调节、浓缩、平衡、投加聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、板框压滤机固液分离的工艺,同时采用了PLC中央控制,其浓缩上清液能达标排放,板框压滤机分离的泥饼含固率为40%左右,PAM投加量为1.5~2.0 kg/t干污泥.
For the sludge water treatment project of Meiyuan Water Treatment Plant in Wuxi, the equalzing, thickening, conditioning, buffering polyacrylamine (PAM) dosing, and plate press for solid-liquid separation process was used, and PLC central control was also adopted. The supernatant from thickening tank reached standard for discharge, solid content of sludge cake separated from plate press was about 40%, and PAM dosage was 1.5-2.0 kg/t dry sludge.
