摘要
以乙醇铝为原料,用溶胶-凝胶法制备出具有较高比表面积的超细氢氧化铝晶体粉末.在500℃和1200℃下煅烧这种粉末,制得了分散的球形γ和α-Al2O3粉末,平均粒径分别为40nm和100nm.文中对粉末成球的原因以及在煅烧过程中粉末的比表面积和粒径随温度变化的关系进行了讨论.
The ultrafine γ-AlOOH powders were obtained by sol-gel process using aluminum ethoside as precursor. The disperse sphericalγ- and α-Al2O3 ultrafine powders, with the mean diameter of 40 and 100urn respectively, were obtained by the calcination of the above ultrafineγ-AlOOH powders at 500℃or 1200℃ for appropriate time. The formation mechanism of spherical alumina powders and the dependence of alumina specific surface as well as its particle size on the calcination temperature were also discussed.
