盐度及温度对红鳍笛鲷精子活力的影响 被引量:9

摘要 研究不同盐度和温度对红鳍笛鲷(Lutjanuserythopterus)精子活力的影响,并比较了室温保存和低温保存时精子的活力.实验共设置9个盐度梯度和5个温度梯度.结果表明,精子活力的最适盐度为32,此时,精子的快速运动时间最长8 50min,精子寿命也最长,为11 09min,在盐度低于15的情况下,精子活力丧失;最适温度为25℃,此时精子的快速运动时间最长7 72min,精子寿命也最长,为10 9min.在室温(25℃)条件下,红鳍笛鲷精子活力随保存时间的延长而下降,保存到15 5h后的精子失去快速运动的能力;在低温0~4℃条件下,红鳍笛鲷精子寿命可长达72h. This paper deals with the effects of salinity, temperatures and preservation under different temperatures on sperm motility of Lutjanus erythopterus. 9 different levels of salinity and 5 different levels of temperatures were set up as follows:15,20,25,30,32,36,40,45,50 and 20,25,30,35,40℃. The results show that the spermatozoa have the best motility at salinity between 30~36. When the salinity of sea water at 32, the spermatozoa have the longest time of fast motility, which is 8.50 min, and the longest life span, which is 11.09 min. All of spermatozoa are dead under the salinity 15. The optimum range of water temperature is 25℃. Under room temperature (about 25℃), the activation rate and motility of the preserved spermatozoa decrease with the prolongation of preservation time. When preserving temperature is 0~4℃, the lifetime of the spermatozoa is 72 h.
