摘要
采用内补外消之法治疗临床期糖尿病肾病 ,近期观察取得较满意疗效。内补方面 ,以静脉滴注用药为主 ,少用内服之法 ,用药着重于补 ,以扶正培本为主 ;而外消方面 ,保留灌肠与沐足联用 ,着重于消 ,以祛邪治标为法。
The interior-reinforcing and exterior-removing method received satisfying therapeutic effects in treating clinical diabetic kidney diseases. In the inerior-reinforcing respect, strengthening the body resistance to consolidate the constitution is essential, the administration was focused on the reinforcement through intravenous drip. In the exterior-removing respect, eliminating pathogenic factor to treat the exterior disease is the priciple of treatment, the administration is focused on the removement through enema together with foot-bathing.
