摘要
电动汽车因其良好的环保、节能特性必将成为国际汽车工业发展的潮流和热点之一。环境影响经济评价 ,是将环境问题与经济问题有效统一起来的重要手段。我国对电动汽车进行了环境影响经济评价具有重要意义。
