夏连抑幽胶囊治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎及其对白细胞介素-8的影响

Effects of “Xialian Yiyou Capsule” on Hp-related Gastritis and Interlukin-8

通过观察幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性胃炎患者白细胞介素 8(IL 8)的变化及夏连抑幽胶囊对其的影响,以探讨Hp相关性胃炎的病理生理、评价夏连抑幽胶囊的治疗作用及其作用机制。将 68例患者随机分为治疗组 36例(应用夏连抑幽胶囊治疗)和对照组 32例(应用果胶铋胶囊治疗 ),疗程均为 28日,观察两组患者主要症状和体症及胃镜、14C-呼气实验及IL- 8等指标的变化情况。结果:在降低主症计分值、胃镜疗效和Hp根除率等方面比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0 .05,P<0. 01);在血清IL- 8水平下降幅度方面,治疗组较对照组明显(P<0 .01)。提示:夏连抑幽胶囊治疗Hp相关性胃炎疗效良好,并具有抑制Hp、保护胃黏膜、降低炎性细胞因子表达水平等作用。

The effects of “Xialian Yiyou Capsule” on Hp-related gastritis and interlukin-8(IL-8) were observed to explore the pathogenesis of Hp-related gastritis and evaluate the Capsule's effects and mechanism in the treatment of Hp-related gastritis. Sixty-eight subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 36 cases were treated with “Xialian Yiyou Capsule” and control group in which 32 cases were treated with “Guojiaobi Capsule”, both with a course of 28 days. The clinical symptom and sign, gastroscopic results, 14C· expiration experiment and IL-8 were detected before and after treatment. Results: Treatment group had better effects than control group in improving clinical symptom and gastroscopic result, eradicating Hp(P<0.05 or P<0.01), and decreasing IL-8 (P<0 01). It is indicated that “Xialian Yiyou Capsule” has good effects on Hp-related gastritis and serves to inhibit Hp, protect gastric mucosa and reduce inflammatory cytokine expression.
