摘要
观察伸曲助育汤治疗精索静脉曲张(VC)及其不育的疗效。对单纯VC患者 34例,合并不育者 72例进行治疗,应用伸曲助育汤治疗 1至 4个疗程(15日为 1个疗程)。结果:单纯VC者有效率达 88. 2%。VC合并不育者有效率为 87. 5%。提示伸曲助育汤对VC及不育证者精液改变有较好的疗效。
To observe the clinical efficacy of “Shenqu Zhuyu Decoction” in the treatment of varicocele (VC),the Decoction was utilized to treat 34 cases of simple VC and 72 cases of VC with infertility for 1-5 courses.Results: The effective rate was 88 2% in the 34 cases and 87 5% in the 72 cases. It is indicated that this Decoction has good effects on varicocele and resultant infertility.
