摘要
用自制的高温销盘式磨损试验机对一种低合金铬钼钢热处理后的高温摩擦磨损特性进行了研究,通过对不同温度下材料的耐磨性分析和观察,论述了热处理、温度对材料高温耐磨性的影响以及氧化层对高温耐磨性的贡献。
The study of wear character of a Cr-Mo low alloy steel after heat treatment was conducted in high temperature with a self-made high temperature wear tester. Through analysis and observation of the wear resistance of the material in different temperature, the effect of heat treatment and temperature and the contribute of oxide layer to wear resistance in high temperature was discussed.
