摘要
研究了氢爆工艺中脱氢程度对烧结NdFeB磁体性能的影响。结果指出,脱氢程度越大,磁体的磁能积和矫顽力也增大。样品不脱氢时,磁体内出现大量微裂纹,这是由于烧结时放气量太大的缘故。这些表明选择合适的脱氢量是氢爆工艺中一个重要的因素。
The effect of Dehydrogenation on sintered NdFeB permanent magnets is studied . Experimental results show that with H-desorption grade increasing , the energy product and the intrinsic coercivity of the magnets increasing too . Without HD , Because of the high volume of relesing hydrogen,a lot of microfissures occu. It shows that to choose an optimal H-desorption grade in HD process is important .
