摘要 阐述了X-荧光能谱法的分析原理,探讨了该能谱仪在发电厂检测垢样及灰样中化合物的组成的采谱条件、谱处理条件和其它试验条件,其试验结果与SD202-86《垢及腐蚀物快速分析方法》测得结果相近,而且在发电厂中采用X-荧光能谱仪法可以快速测定垢样和腐蚀产物中化学成分含量,便于及时采取处理措施。 The analysis mechanism of X-fluorescent energy spectrum was introduced, and the conditions of collecting, processing spectrum and others during measuring the components of chemical compounds in fouling and ash sample was also discussed in the paper. The results were nearly accordance with the ones testing against the code of SD202-1986<quick analysis method of fouling and corrosions>, and using X-fluorescent energy spectrum apparatus could quickly measure the chemical contents of fouling and corrosions in thermal power plant, which made it possible to take measures to deal with it.
