摘要
合成了十五种希土氯化物与α-羟基异丁酸配合物.对配合物的物化性质进行了表征.测定了La(HIB)2·Cl·2H2O的晶体结构,配合物属单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,晶胞参数:α=9.007(5);b=8.700(3);C=19.770(5);β=96.14(3)°;Z=4.合成的十五种配合物均具有较强的抑菌能力.
Fifteen rare earth complexes of Ln(HIB)2.Cl.nH2O (HIB=C4H7O3) had beensynthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductance,infrared spectroscopy,TG-DTA and X-ray powder diffraction.The crystal structure of La(HIB)2.Cl.2H2O was dctcrmincd. The crystal is monoclinicwith space group C2 / c.The unit cell parameters are:a = 9.007(5);b = 8.700(3);c = 19.770(5);β= 96.14(3);Z= 4.R = 0.066. The coordination number of La(Ⅲ) in the complex is eight. EachtWo La atoms are connected with bridging carboxyl group to form a chain polymeric molecule.The chloride in the complex is not coordinated with La(Ⅲ) and situated on tWo positions nearthe symmetric centre. The bacteriostaic tests show that these kinds of complex have strongbacteriostatic effect.
