摘要
建设学习型组织是社会历史发展的必然要求,是企业等现代组织提高应变力和创造力、常胜不衰的根本出路,也是共青团组织实现自身建设创新、工作创新的一条有效渠道。要建设学习型团组织,需要采取包括树立激励团员青年的共同价值目标、使每位团员青年负起应有责任以及实现工作和学习的相互联系、转化在内的一系列措施。
The establishment of learning organizations is the necessary need from the development of history and society. It is not only the fundamental way for modern organizations such as enterprises to improve their flexibility and creativity so as to keep successful and lively, but also an effective way for Communist Youth League to innovate in herself-construction and work. In order to establish learning Youth League, we should take such measures as setting up common value-objective so as to encourage league members and other young people, making them play responsible roles, and promoting work and study to be interrelated and inter-transformed.
