未成年人犯罪的现状、原因及对策探讨——以江苏省某少教所为例

The Causes for Juvenile Delinquency and Countermeasures

未成年人犯罪呈现出犯罪形式多样化、犯罪年龄低龄化、作案人文化程度偏低等特点。未成年人犯罪的原因包括:家庭关爱缺失;学校教育滞后;未成年人身心不成熟;社会不良风气影响等。预防和减少未成年人犯罪是一项综合工程,它涉及到社会的各个方面,只有社会各方面力量协调一致,相互支持,密切配合,才能保证这一工程的顺利进行。

Nowadays juvenile delinquency has shown the following characteristics: delinquency is becoming diversified in form; delinquents are younger than before; criminals are lowly-educated. The causes for juvenile delinquency are the following: lack of care and love from family, backwardness of education in school, immaturity of juvenile themselves, bad influence from negative aspects in the society, and so on. To prevent and reduce juvenile delinquency is a comprehensive project which involves different walks aspects of the whole society. Only when different social forces are united, support and cooperate with each other, can we carry on the project well.
