SOX13与自身免疫糖尿病 被引量：1

摘要 人类SOX13基因定位于染色体1q31.332.1,邻近1型糖尿病(T1DM)易感位点D1S504;其编码产物SOX13蛋白具有转录因子活性,可能调控内胚层细胞分化为胰腺以及胰岛素基因的表达。同时,研究发现T1DM自身抗原胰岛细胞抗体12是SOX13蛋白的同源物,由此提示SOX13基因或SOX13自身抗体与自身免疫糖尿病具有相关性。
