摘要
本文借鉴军事理论的攻防思想,对现代企业普遍针进攻有余而防守不足的现状,探讨了战略管理与危机管理的可融合性、必要性,并初步探究了企业攻防体系的构建与实施。
Focusing on the current situation of more offence and less defense in modern enterprise the paper based on the military theory of offence and defense discusses the necessities and integration of risk and strategic management and probes into the construction and execution of the offence and defense system in modern enterprise.
