社区德育工作有其特殊性。在工作中 ,把握好地域性、主体性、需求性、实践性、情感性、全员与全程及全方位性等原则 ,可增强工作的针对性 ,使之收到更好的效果。

The community moral education has its own speciality, we can enforce the pertinency of our work on community moral education by grasping its regionality, subjectivity, practicality, emotionality and by knowing its requirements, members, aspects and the whole procedure well. By doing that, we will make our work on community moral education effect much better.
