On the Cultivation of the Information Attainments

随着社会信息化的普及和深入 ,社会要求人类提高信息素养 ,以培养信息素养为核心的信息技术教育自然形成 ,拓展和取代了计算机文化教育 ,成为社会教育的重要部分。职业信息技术教育是开展社会信息技术教育、提高全民信息素养的重要途径 ,同时通过发展职业信息技术教育将促进信息技术在各专业领域、经济领域的广泛应用 ,促进信息技术与职业技术的切实整合 ,使信息技术和各种职业技术同时得到发展。

With the popularizing and deepenning of social information, the mankind is required to improve the information attainments by our society. Therefore, the education of information technology which focuses on training information attainments naturally appears, expanding and replacing computer cultural education, and becomes an important component of social education. The education of vocational information technology is an important channel for developing the education of information technology and improving information attainments of the nationals,through its development the application of information technology will be further achieved in all academic and economic fields. Meanwhile, it also promotes the real integration of information technology and vocational technoloy, makes both of them further develop.
