重建钛板内固定治疗锁骨中1/3骨折

Treatment of mid-shaft clavicular fractures with reconstruction titanium plate

目的探讨应用国产重建钛板内固定治疗锁骨中1/3骨折的手术效果。方法对42例锁骨中1/3骨折均应用35mm的重建钛板作内固定,术后三角巾悬吊制动2～3周。结果41例解剖位愈合,肩关节活动正常,1例钛板外端螺丝钉松动致畸形愈合,肩关节活动稍受限。所有患者无伤口感染,切口一期愈合,无血管、神经损伤,按Neer标准评定肩关节功能,大于80分(满意)者占976%。结论重建钛板治疗锁骨中1/3骨折可获得良好效果。

Objective To investigate the result effect of using reconstruction titanium plate to treat the mid-shaft clavicular fractures.Methods All of the 42 mid-shaft clavicular fracture cases were treated with 3.5mm reconstruction titanium plate fixation.After the operations,the patients were prohibited from moving by clinging with triangle bandage for 2～3 weeks.Results 41 cases healed up on the anatomizing spot,and the movement of shoulder joint was smooth.1 case suffered from abnormal concrescence caused by loose external screws of titanium plate,the movement of shoulder joint was limited to a certain degree.For all the patients,there was no infection;the incisions healed up at the primary stage,no vascular or neural injury.The shoulder joint functions of all patients were evaluated according to the Neer grading system,which stipulates that a score over 80 is satisfactory,and the “satisfactory” ratio is 97.6%.Conclusion We can get better result from using reconstruction titanium plate in treating mid-shaft clavicular fractures.
