应用带锁髓内钉治疗下肢长干骨骨折疗效分析

Assessment of the effect of interlocking nail intramedullary pin in patients with lower extremity longbone fracture

目的总结应用带锁髓内钉术治疗下肢长干骨骨折的治疗效果,分析术后并发症的防治方法及带锁髓内钉的治疗优点。方法对150例股骨、胫骨干骨折应用带锁髓内钉治疗病例进行总结分析。结果全部骨折均骨性愈合,出现各种并发症12例。结论带锁骨髓内钉具有损伤小,骨膜干扰小,骨折固定力臂长等优点。虽有不少并发症,但大部分可以避免。

Objective To assess the effect of interlocking nail in patients with long bone fracture on lower extremity,explore the measurements of postoperative complications and observe the advantages of interlocking nail.Methods Data of 150 cases with fracture of tibia or femoral shaft who were treated with interlocking nail were analyzed.Result All patients recovered from fracture with osseous callus,whereas 12 cases had several complications.Conclusions The treatment of interlocking nail had some merits such as less lesion and periosteal interference,longer fixation dynamic on fracture area,and so on.We suggested that the treatment of interlocking nail in safety and stable,even though there were some complications which most of them can be prevented with the technique improving.
