Facing the rapidly changing informa tion environment,the university li brary,which wants to exist and de-velop,must strengthen its own core c ompetitive power.This paper discusses on the connotation of the core com petitive power and how to strengthen the innov ative consciousness and lift the com petitive superiority,and puts forw ard some measures for strengthening the core competitive power of the library.
