摘要
阐述了情感的内涵及高校图书馆员服务与读者需求之间产生情感危机的主要原因,指出愉悦、适度的情感对提高读者服务质量有着重要现实意义。并对如何激发适度的情感进行了具体论述。
This paper expounds the connotation of the emotion and the main causes why the emotional crisis occurs between the service of university li brarians and the requirement of the r eaders,points out that the happy and moderate emotion has important practical sig nificance for improving the quality of the service for readers,and puts f orward some methods of exciting the moderate emo tion.
