摘要
“为人找书和为书找人”是当今图书馆员的工作方法和服务理念。分析了“为人找书和为书找人”理念与提高馆藏图书利用率的关系,指出应把它融入图书馆工作的各个层面及全过程,加强图书馆员的服务意识,深化“为人找书和为书找人”理念,以提高馆藏图书利用率。
Seeking books for readers and seekin g readers for books'is the working method and service con ception of today' s librarians.This paper analyzes on the relation between the conception of'seeking books for readers and seekin g readers for books'and the increase of the utilization r atio of the collected books,and poin ts out that the library should put this conception into each level and w hole course of the library' s work,strengthen the service consc iousness of the li-brarians,deepen the conception of'seeking books for readers and seekin g readers.
